1. Professionalism
- Tutors must arrive on time and conduct lessons professionally.
- Tutors are expected to dress appropriately and maintain professional behaviour.
- Tutors must prepare lessons according to student needs.
2. Commitment
- Tutors are expected to maintain consistency and avoid frequent cancellations or sudden schedule changes.
- Tutors must provide prior notice as early as possible if they are unable to attend a class.
3. Communication
- Tutors must provide a progress update or session report after each completed class session in the system.
- Tutors should maintain respectful and professional communication with parents and students.
4. Confidentiality
- Student and family information must remain private and confidential.
- Tutors are not allowed to share student details publicly without permission.
5. Safety
- Tutors should prioritise safety during home visits.
- Tutors may reject unsafe locations or inappropriate situations.
6. Direct Dealing Policy
- Tutors are not allowed to directly take agency students privately without permission.
- Any direct arrangement bypassing the agency may result in termination.
7. Replacement & Emergency
- Tutors should provide early notice for emergencies whenever possible.
- Replacement tutors may be arranged if necessary.
8. Teaching Quality
- Tutors are expected to conduct engaging and personalised lessons.
- Tutors teaching neurodivergent students should practise patience, repetition, and adaptive teaching methods when applicable.
9. Payment Policy (Parents)
- Fees must be paid before the class session is held.
- Late payment may result in class postponement or suspension.
- Monthly fees are fixed based on the agreed schedule.
- Payment is non-refundable once the class month has started unless agreed otherwise.
10. Cancellation & Replacement Class
- Parents must inform at least 24 hours earlier for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) will be counted as a conducted class.
- Replacement classes are subject to tutor availability.
- If the tutor cancels, a replacement class will be arranged.
General Policy
- The management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time.
- By agreeing, you confirm you have read and accepted all terms stated above.

Some students need more repetition, visual learning, movement breaks, emotional reassurance, slower pacing, or gamified learning approaches.
